St. Louis City Municipal Court Amnesty Day 2020 for Outstanding Warrants

St. Louis City Municipal Court Amnesty Day 2020 for Outstanding Warrants

If you have a warrant in the City of St. Louis Municipal Court, you can go in now until Thursday, February 27, 2020 to 1520 Market Street in downtown St. Louis to potentially get your warrant recalled and the case resolved.  You will be given amnesty during this period and will not be arrested for your outstanding warrant.  Most charges are available for the program, except charges involving DUIs, leaving the scene of an accident, and prostitution.  The court will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, but will offer extended hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 27.  This is a great opportunity to potentially get older cases dismissed outright or to get back on the court’s docket to resolve cases.  While this program has been available the last two years, there is no guarantee the City of St. Louis Municipal Court will have another amnesty/warrant recall program in the future.  For more information, visit the Court’s website.

If your case is a little bit more complicated and you cannot utilize the Amnesty period, please call our office to see how we may be able to help.
